Houston and Partners was established in 2005 in the United Arab Emirates, to facilitate the demand for Construction Cost Consultancy Services, and, maintain a unique, professional, quality service within this Discipline.

The Practice is operating under the management and direction of David Houston, a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, with over thirty years of global project experience. Before establishing Houston and Partners, David maintained a senior level executive position under the auspices of Davis Langdon, delivering many significant, prestigious projects, in both Asian and Middle Eastern spheres.

Houston and Partners are represented in United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Egypt and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with future expansion being implemented in Qatar and Oman.
